Our service is FREE to start and will include an initial consultation, review of your credit reports, and an action plan that we provide to you so everyone is on the same page.
Once we agree on the action plan and have completed the initial round of disputing, we will charge you the initial monthly fee depending on the plan you choose, and then will bill you every 30 days for the following:
$99/month for an individual or $149/month for couples
Our average client may use our services for between 4-8 months, depending on their long-term goals. Everyone's situation is different and we cannot control if the credit bureaus request more supporting documents. Credit reports change each month, therefore this is a month-to-month process and can easily take several attempts to work on specific items. It takes 30-45 days, just for the credit bureaus to process and respond to our work.

You will need to sign-up for credit monitoring through Credit Hero Score ($1 to start then $19.99/month) and maintain that service for the duration of our work. Once our work is completed, you can decide if you wish to continue the credit monitoring service.

For example, if we completed initial services and billed you on January 5th, your payment will be on the 5th of each month.
You will receive an email prior to your payment date, letting you know your payment is due soon. If your payment method fails, you will also receive an email allowing you to update your payment method. With this email, you can do things such as update your payment method, request to change your payment date or request to cancel further services.
Our Clients have the option to cancel our services at anytime. Once our service and document processing is completed each month, we cannot offer refund for payments or void any of the credit bureau investigations, as it would be too late. We cannot provide refunds for services already provided.
Of course, we actually cannot see any details on your payment method (other than the last 4 digits, for verification).
Unfortunately, we are prevented from performing phone or video consultations by the federal Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR) prior to clients signing up for our service. We can discuss our services and answer your questions using email, chat, or text functions.
